Motorcraft Yellow Prediluted Antifreeze/Coolant
Each engine section names this coolant and WSS-M97B57-A2. The 2.7L materials block also prints VC-13DL-G for the U.S. and CVC-13DL-G for Canada.

The capacities chapter has a separate section for the 2.7L EcoBoost, 3.0L diesel, 3.3L, 3.5L EcoBoost, and 5.0L.
2.7L 15.1 qt (14.3 L). 3.0L diesel 13.7 qt (13 L). 3.3L 13.6 qt (12.86 L). 3.5L EcoBoost 15.2 qt (14.35 L). 5.0L 13.9 qt (13.2 L).
That name and specification appear in the materials block under each of those coolant capacities.
Oil capacities for these engines are already on the engine-oil sheet. They are not coolant quantities. The 3.0L diesel coolant figure is in the diesel section, not in a gasoline section.
