No. The 2.7L and 3.5L notes say to contact a dealer for spark plug replacement. The 3.3L and 5.0L notes point at the schedule and do not print a removal procedure.

Source for this drawing: 2020 Ford F-150 Owner's Manual, edition July 2019, Engine Specifications for the 2.7L EcoBoost, 3.3L, 3.5L EcoBoost, and 5.0L.
Read the engine on the emissions label or the driver's door and use that row. SP-578 is listed for the 2.7L EcoBoost and the 3.5L EcoBoost. SP-520 is listed for the 3.3L. SP-551 is listed for the 5.0L.
The specification tables print 0.028–0.031 in (0.7–0.8 mm) for the 2.7L and the 3.5L EcoBoost, and 0.049–0.053 in (1.25–1.35 mm) for the 3.3L and the 5.0L. The 5.0L ignition line says coil on plug, coil near plug. The other three say coil on plug.
The firing order is 1-4-2-5-3-6 on the 2.7L, 3.3L, and 3.5L, and 1-3-7-2-6-5-4-8 on the 5.0L. That is the order in the specification table. It is not a map of the coils on the engine.
For the 2.7L and the 3.5L, the parts notes say to contact an authorized dealer for spark plug replacement and to replace plugs at the scheduled interval. The 3.3L and 5.0L notes also point at the schedule and do not print a removal procedure. Do not pull a coil from a video for a different engine.
The specification pages also print a drive-belt figure for each engine. Those figures are not redrawn here. See the drive belt sheet for the figure IDs and the link to the manual.
The diesel firing order in the same chapter is 1-4-2-5-3-6, and the diesel parts table lists glow plug ZD-22. That engine is left off the spark plug drawing on purpose.
