SP-594 is the 2.7L EcoBoost plug. SP-596 is the plug on the 3.5L EcoBoost excluding Raptor, the Raptor, and the 3.5L hybrid. SP-588 is the 5.0L plug. SP-581-X is the 5.2L plug.
The 2.7L and every 3.5L table print 0.028–0.031 in (0.7–0.8 mm). The 5.0L prints 0.039–0.043 in (1–1.1 mm), and its ignition line says coil on plug, coil near plug. The 5.2L prints 0.037 ± 0.002 in (0.95 ± 0.05 mm).
The firing order is 1-4-2-5-3-6 on the 2.7L, the 3.5L excluding Raptor, the Raptor, and the hybrid. The 5.0L order is 1-3-7-2-6-5-4-8. The 5.2L specification table lists the gap and does not list a firing order, so this page does not draw one.
Required fuel on the 2.7L, 3.5L, hybrid, and 5.0L specification tables is minimum 87 octane. The 2.7L displacement line is 165 in³ (2,700 cm³). The 3.5L displacement line is 213.4 in³ (3,497 cm³). The 5.0L displacement line is 307 in³ (5,038 cm³). The 5.2L displacement line is 315 in³ (5,163 cm³), with a 9.5:1 compression ratio. Those figures identify the engine. They are not a service procedure.
