2020 Ford F-150
Where the 2020 Ford F-150 owner's manual prints the drive belt routing. This page links those figures and does not redraw the path.
Difficulty, time, and cost are estimates when this guide gives them. Torque is a cited figure, or it is left off.
Main source: 2020 F-150 Owner's Manual, engine specifications, drivebelt routing (opens in a new tab), Ford Motor Company, published 2019-07-01, read 2026-10-15.
Numbers on this page come from the cited source. Match the engine before you use a capacity or a torque. Do not work under a vehicle held only by a jack.

The routing is a picture in the specification section. The text does not describe the pulley order, so no hand tool is listed here.
| Item | Figure | Where it comes from |
|---|---|---|
| 2.7L EcoBoost routing figure | Figure E176088, in Engine Specifications for the 2.7L | 2020 F-150 owner's manual |
| 3.3L routing figure | Figure E167467, in Engine Specifications for the 3.3L | 2020 F-150 owner's manual |
| 3.5L EcoBoost routing figure | Figure E263466, in Engine Specifications for the 3.5L EcoBoost | 2020 F-150 owner's manual |
| 5.0L routing figure | Figure E249450, in Engine Specifications for the 5.0L | 2020 F-150 owner's manual |
| 3.0L diesel routing figure | Figure E249449, in Engine Specifications for the 3.0L diesel | 2020 F-150 owner's manual |
In the 2020 F-150 owner's manual, open Engine Specifications for the engine in the truck. The drivebelt routing is the figure under the compression-ratio line. The figure IDs are E176088 for the 2.7L EcoBoost, E167467 for the 3.3L, E263466 for the 3.5L EcoBoost, E249450 for the 5.0L, and E249449 for the 3.0L diesel.
Those IDs are different. The manual prints them as separate figures. Route the new belt the way that figure shows, including the tensioner arrow if the figure has one.
If the PDF figure will not load, get the same page from Ford or a dealer. Do not finish the job from memory or from a photo of another engine.
Belt routing is one of the jobs where a wrong sketch is worse than no sketch. The manual already printed the path. Use that figure. This page only records which figure belongs to which engine so the 2.7L path is not used on the 5.0L.
Outbound links only. BaySheet does not sell parts. Confirm fitment on the retailer page. Amazon links are searches for the part name plus this vehicle. They are not a part number.

The cited specification pages identify the routing figure and do not print a Motorcraft belt number in the text read for this sheet. Match the belt to the figure before you buy.
