Published repairs below cite a manual or a manufacturer chart. Coming soon pages are names only. Capacities and torque on this year stay on this year.
This year uses the September 2018 first printing. Oil, coolant, the air filters, the battery, spark plugs, brake fluid, and wiper blades each have a page from that book.
2017, 2018, 2020, and 2024 are different printings. A quart, a Motorcraft number, or a plug gap from one of those years is not a 2019 specification.
The gasoline battery tables list two part numbers and do not label them standard or optional. The diesel table lists a different number. Those strings stay on the battery page.
2017, 2018, and 2020 each use their own owner's manual. A with-filter oil quantity, a coolant quantity, a Motorcraft number, or a spark-plug gap from one of those years is not a specification for the other two.
Brake pad and rotor pages are filed for 2017, 2018, and 2020 from those printings. A dusty-road brake line or a brake-fluid change interval in one printing is not copied onto the others.
2015 and 2016 are the earlier years of the 2015–2017 body, and 2009–2014 is the body before that. Those years are not filed here. Their manuals were not the books read for these pages.
2019 uses the September 2018 first printing. 2024 uses the August 2023 owner's manual edition. A Motorcraft number or a quart from 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, or 2024 stays on that year's page. 2025 is not filed. No 2025 owner's manual PDF was found.
Engine block heater pages are 2017, 2018, and 2020 only. The 2020 book adds an under-hood cord sentence the 2018 heater section does not print. A diesel cold-start temperature is not copied onto the 2017 page.
These jobs are filed for another year of this F-150. Open that year. A figure there is not a figure for 2019.
Copied from the published guides for this year. Each figure stays with that guide and that guide's source. Open the guide before you use it.

|---|---|---|
| Battery | Gasoline engines | The 2.7L, 3.3L, 3.5L, and 5.0L tables each list BAGM-48H6-760 and BAGM-94RH7-800. They do not label one standard and the other optional. |
| Battery | 3.0L diesel | BAGM-49H8-850. |
| Brake pads and rotors | Brake fluid | Motorcraft DOT 4 LV High Performance Motor Vehicle Brake Fluid, PM-20, specification WSS-M6C65-A2. Level between the MIN and MAX lines. |
| Brake pads and rotors | Normal inspection | At every oil-change interval indicated by the information display, inspect the brake pads, shoes, rotors, drums, brake linings, hoses, and parking brake. Do not exceed one year or 10,000 mi (16,000 km) between service intervals. |
| Brake pads and rotors | What is not printed | No pad minimum thickness, rotor minimum thickness, or caliper-bolt torque was in the pages read. |
| Cabin air filter | Location | Behind the glove box. The filter lowers particle concentration, keeps the interior cleaner, and protects the climate-control components. |
| Cabin air filter | Part | Motorcraft FP-79 on the 2.7L, 3.0L diesel, 3.3L, 3.5L EcoBoost, and 5.0L tables. |

| Engine air filter | Normal interval | Replace the engine air filter every 30,000 mi (48,000 km). |
| Engine air filter | Diesel restriction gauge | Check the gauge at least every 7,500 mi (12,000 km), or every 500 mi (800 km) or two weeks in extremely dusty conditions. Change the element when the gauge reads near the change-filter line and the gauge is yellow. Reset it by pressing the reset button after a new element is installed. |
