Tire gauge
The tire chapter says a digital tire-pressure gauge is recommended for the monthly cold check.

Once a month, with the tires cold, set P225/65R17 to 34 psi and P225/55R19 to 35 psi, front and rear, for a U.S. or Canada car.
Use the spare size that matches the engine. Both temporary spares in the U.S. and Canada table are 60 psi.
The book says a non-genuine cap can keep the valve from holding pressure.
Lug torque after a wheel is installed is on the wheel lug nut guide. Canada tire rotation on the maintenance chart is every 8,000 km (5,000 miles). The U.S. Schedule 1 rotation is every 12,000 km (7,500 miles). Rotation is not a pressure.
The TPMS section says the telltale does not replace the monthly gauge check.
