How much oil does a 2019 CX-5 take?
With the filter: 2.0 is 4.4 US qt, 2.5 is 4.8 US qt, 2.5 turbo is 5.1 US qt, and 2.2 diesel is 5.2 US qt. Those are the approximate quantities in the U.S. manual's capacity table.

2019 Mazda CX-5
2019 CX-5 oil with filter is 4.4 qt on the 2.0, 4.8 qt on the 2.5, 5.1 qt on the 2.5 turbo, and 5.2 qt on the 2.2 diesel. The book sends the change to a dealer.

U.S. and Canada 2.0 and 2.5 use SAE 0W-20. The 2.5 turbo uses SAE 5W-30. The diesel uses Mazda Genuine SAE 0W-30. The except-U.S.-and-Canada pages specify different gasoline grades.
Level surface, engine warmed, then off for at least five minutes. Wipe the dipstick, seat it, and read between MIN and MAX. Add only enough to reach MAX. Do not overfill.
U.S. and Puerto Rico flexible service follows the wrench light, with a maximum of 12 months or 7,500 miles. The Canada chart marks a replacement every 6 months or 5,000 miles. Reset the oil data either way. The book assigns the change itself to a dealer.
Capacities are labeled approximate. Check the level with the dipstick. The 2.5 coolant and automatic-transmission rows that print two figures with a slash are on the coolant and transmission pages, and they are not oil quantities.
Mazda recommends Mazda Genuine Parts and Castrol in the U.S. for maintenance service. That sentence is not a second viscosity.
No under-hood diagram is drawn. The engine-compartment overview is a labeled illustration in the manual.

The owner's manual says the oil change should be performed by an Authorized Mazda Dealer. It does print the level check. It does not print a drain torque.
