2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500
2018 Silverado 1500 oil is dexos1. The 4.3L with filter is 6.0 qt of SAE 5W-30. The 5.3L and 6.2L are 8.0 qt of SAE 0W-20.

The 5.3L and 6.2L V8 engines use SAE 0W-20. The 4.3L V6 uses SAE 5W-30. All of them have to be full synthetic oils that meet dexos1.
The 4.3L capacity with filter is 6.0 qt. The 5.3L and 6.2L capacity with filter is 8.0 qt. Capacities are approximate. Recheck the level after filling.
Below -29 C (-20 F), SAE 0W-30 may be used in the 4.3L. The manual does not give the 5.3L or 6.2L that substitute.
The 2018 Silverado owner's manual also lists a 6.0L V8. Its coolant row is labeled 2500 Series and 3500 Series, so those numbers are not on this 1500 sheet. No drain-plug torque is printed, so none is added. If the truck has a diesel engine, the manual points to the Duramax supplement.
