2019 Traverse oil with filter is 5.0 qt on the 2.0L and 6.0 qt on the 3.6L. The book says dexos1 full synthetic SAE 5W-30.

2.0L is 5.0 qt with PF64. 3.6L is 6.0 qt with PF63E.
SAE 0W-30 is the cold-weather grade below −29 °C, still dexos1. Reset oil life to 100 percent after the change.
