2019 Mazda CX-5
2019 CX-5 coolant is FL-22. U.S. and Canada fill is 7.5 qt on the 2.0, 7.8 or 7.9 qt on the 2.5, 9.0 qt on the 2.5 turbo, and 9.2 qt on the diesel.

With the engine cool, the coolant should be full in the radiator and between F and L on the reservoir. Check at least once a year before winter and before a trip into freezing weather. Also inspect hoses.
If the level is at or near L, add enough FL-22 coolant to reach F and tighten the reservoir cap. Do not open a hot cap.
The book says changing the coolant should be done by an Authorized Mazda Dealer, on the 10-year / 120,000-mile first interval.
The 2.5 slash in the capacity table is printed and unexplained. Both quantities stay on this page. Oil quantities are on the oil guide and are smaller numbers.
No cooling-system diagram is drawn. The manual's reservoir illustrations are not traced.

U.S. and Canada: 2.0 is 7.5 US qt, 2.5 is printed as 7.8 US qt and 7.9 US qt, 2.5 turbo is 9.0 US qt, and the 2.2 diesel is 9.2 US qt.
