Remove corrosion, dirt, and loose particles from the wheel and the hub or brake disc. Confirm rotor fasteners do not hold the wheel off the hub. Inspect the pilot bore.
The spec is for threads free of dirt and rust, with Ford fasteners. Retorque within 100 miles.
Tire pressure is not this torque. The tire pressure guide explains why this book does not print a single cold psi.
The star-pattern sentence some Ford flat-tire chapters use is not the sentence in this Fusion torque section. This section says to torque the nuts and to retorque within 100 miles. A pattern is not added.
