2019 Honda Civic
2019 Honda Civic sedan wheel-nut torque from the flat-tire chapter. The tightening order is a figure and is not redrawn.
Difficulty, time, and cost are estimates when this guide gives them. Torque is a cited figure, or it is left off.
Main source: 2019 Civic Sedan Owner's Manual, changing a flat tire (opens in a new tab), American Honda Motor Co., Inc., published 2018-10-26, read 2026-10-15.
Numbers on this page come from the cited source. Match the engine before you use a capacity or a torque. Do not work under a vehicle held only by a jack.
Torque wrench
The flat-tire steps say to tighten the wheel nuts to the printed torque after the vehicle is lowered.
| Item | Figure | Where it comes from |
|---|---|---|
| Wheel nut torque | 80 lbf-ft (108 N-m, 11 kgf-m), tightened in the order shown in the manual's image, two to three times. | Changing a flat tire |
Each figure stays with the source named in the last column. If a sequence is a figure in that source and the order is not printed in the text, this page does not invent the order.
| Fastener | Torque | Where it comes from |
|---|---|---|
| Wheel nuts | 80 lbf-ft (108 N-m, 11 kgf-m) | Changing a flat tire |
After the spare is on, lower the vehicle and remove the jack.
Tighten the wheel nuts in the order indicated in the manual's image. Go around two to three times in that order. Wheel nut torque is 80 lbf-ft (108 N-m, 11 kgf-m).
The same torque line is in the flat-tire procedure and is not repeated as a separate specification-table row in the pages used here. The order is visual, so it stays in the manual.
Outbound links only. BaySheet does not sell parts. Confirm fitment on the retailer page. Amazon links are searches for the part name plus this vehicle. They are not a part number.
