Wheel nut tightening torque is 83 ft-lb (113 N-m). The manual says the nuts must be kept at that specification.
After a wheel has been disturbed, retighten when the vehicle has been driven 600 miles (1,000 km). Do it as soon as possible with a torque wrench.
The same paragraph tells you to set cold tire pressure from the tire and loading information label on the driver-side center pillar. It does not print a psi number next to the torque.
