Models with a 17-inch wheel are 235/65R17 104H at 33 psi front and 32 psi rear. Models with an 18-inch wheel are 235/60R18 103H at 35 psi front and 32 psi rear.
The compact spare is T155/90D17 112M at 60 psi (420 kPa, 4.2 kgf/cm2) on a 17 x 4T wheel.
Wipe the mounting surfaces with a clean cloth. Screw the nuts until they touch the lips around the mounting holes, lower the vehicle, remove the jack, and tighten in the order indicated in the manual's image. Go around two to three times. The torque is 80 lbf-ft (108 N-m, 11 kgf-m).
The specification page also prints engine oil and transmission fluid. Those *1 and *2 marks, 2WD and AWD, belong to the fluid rows. The tire *1 and *2 marks are "models with 17 inch wheel" and "models with 18 inch wheel."
The cover of the PDF read for this page is the 2023 CR-V Owner's Manual. The word hybrid does not appear in that file. A separate hybrid owner's manual was not the book read. The numbered tightening order is an image and is not redrawn.

The maintenance checklist is on the site now. The email list is not sending yet, so this box will not store an address.
Same repair, different model year. Use the page that matches the truck or car in the driveway. A figure on one year is not a figure for the next.
These guides cover the same kind of work. Their numbers belong to those vehicles, not to this one.
