2017 Dodge Grand Caravan
2017 Grand Caravan headlamps are H11LL and fog lamps are PSX24W. Rear tail, stop, and turn lamps are LED and are serviced at a dealer.

Small screwdriver
The license lamp steps press the locking tab with a small screwdriver. The tail-lamp note says that if a screwdriver is used to pry, put soft material between the tool and the paint.

The headlamp and fog procedures both say not to touch the new bulb. Clean oil with rubbing alcohol.
