2021 Explorer headlamps are LED. Owner-service bulbs in the chart are the rear indicator 3757NAK or PY27/7W, reverse W21W, and license W5W.

Rear direction indicator prints both 3757NAK and PY27/7W at 27 watts. Reverse is W21W at 21 watts. License plate is W5W at 5 watts.
With lamps and ignition off, remove the access cover, remove the side cover, remove the screw, and pull the lamp assembly away. Turn the bulb holder counterclockwise and pull the bulb straight out. Install in reverse.
Low beam, high beam, and the other lamps in the LED list are not owner-service items. The license-plate steps are separate: pry the lamp out carefully, turn the holder counterclockwise, and pull the bulb straight out.
The chart prints two trade numbers on the rear direction-indicator line. This page does not choose between 3757NAK and PY27/7W.
