2021 Explorer wiper part numbers are WW-2616 driver, WW-2113 passenger, and WW-1110 rear. Blade length is not printed.

Replacement blade that locks onto the arm
The procedure describes the lock. It does not print a blade length.

Run a fingertip along the edge and clean the blade with washer fluid or water on a soft sponge or cloth. Lift the arm, press the locking buttons together, slightly rotate the blade, and remove it. Install in reverse and confirm it locks.
Lift the rear arm, remove the blade, and install in reverse. Make sure it locks. The parts table lists WW-1110 for the rear window.
Driver side is WW-2616. Passenger side is WW-2113. Those numbers are on the 2.3L, 3.0L, and 3.3L parts tables.
The manual says to replace the blades at least annually. That sentence is a service note. It is not a measured length.
