2019 Tacoma oil is ILSAC GF-5 SAE 0W-20. The 2TR-FE reference fill with a filter is 6.2 qt. The 2GR-FKS depends on the towing package.

The lubrication table splits the 2TR-FE from the 2GR-FKS. The engine table lists the 2TR-FE as a 4-cylinder and the 2GR-FKS as a V6.
Both engines in this manual use Toyota Genuine Motor Oil or an equivalent ILSAC GF-5 oil, recommended viscosity SAE 0W-20.
With a filter, the 2TR-FE is 6.2 qt. The 2GR-FKS is 6.1 qt without the towing package and 6.2 qt with it. Without a filter, the 2TR-FE is 5.8 qt and the 2GR-FKS is 5.9 qt.
No drain-plug torque is printed in the lubrication table, so none is added. The PDF title is the 2019 Tacoma Owner's Manual, publication OM04021U.
