The 2.5L A25A-FKS calls for Toyota Genuine Motor Oil or equivalent API SN/RC multigrade oil, SAE 0W-16. The 3.5L 2GR-FKS calls for ILSAC GF-5 multigrade oil, SAE 0W-20.
With the filter, the 2.5L reference is 4.8 qt (4.5 L, 4.0 Imp. qt) and the 3.5L reference is 5.7 qt (5.4 L, 4.8 Imp. qt). Without the filter, those references are 4.4 qt (4.2 L, 3.7 Imp. qt) and 5.6 qt (5.3 L, 4.7 Imp. qt).
The footnote says to warm the engine, turn it off, wait more than 5 minutes, and check the oil level on the dipstick. The capacity is a reference, not a guarantee that the dipstick will read full at that volume.
Bore and stroke in the same chapter are 3.44 x 4.07 in (87.5 x 103.4 mm) and 151.8 cu. in. (2487 cm3) for the A25A-FKS, and 3.70 x 3.27 in (94.0 x 83.0 mm) and 210.9 cu. in. (3456 cm3) for the 2GR-FKS. Valve clearance and drive-belt tension are both automatic adjustment. This is OM06158U, the 2020 Camry book, not the 2019 manual.
