The 1.5 L section checks the reserve tank and adds coolant from MIN to MAX. The 2.4 L section does the same, and if the tank is empty it also has you check the radiator level at the base of the filler neck.
The specifications block prints 1.65 US gal and 1.64 US gal with *1 and *2. The same area defines *1 and *2 as 17-inch versus 18-inch wheels and, two lines later, as the 2.4 L versus the 1.5 L. Those gallons are not published here.
Type and the reserve-tank check are clear. Capacity is not, because one pair of asterisks is used for wheel size and for engine in the same specification block.
