The 3.6L is 10.4 quarts. The 5.7L is 15.4 quarts without the trailer tow package and 16 quarts with it.
The capacity footnote says the figure includes the heater and the coolant recovery bottle filled to the MAX level.
No bleed sequence is printed in the capacity table, so none is added. If a non-OAT coolant is added in an emergency, the manual says an authorized dealer must drain, flush, and refill the system.
