A non-OAT fill has to be drained, flushed, and refilled with OAT meeting MS.90032 by an authorized dealer.

The fluids table recommends Mopar Antifreeze/Coolant 10 Year/150,000 Mile Formula OAT, or an equivalent meeting FCA Standard MS.90032.
The 2.0L is 9 quarts. The 2.4L is 7.2 quarts. The 3.2L is 10 quarts. The footnote says those figures include the heater and the coolant recovery bottle filled to the MAX level.
If a non-OAT coolant is introduced in an emergency, an authorized dealer has to drain, flush, and refill the system with fresh OAT conforming to MS.90032 as soon as possible.
The capacity page does not print a separate intercooler or battery-coolant loop for the Cherokee. Those Wrangler rows are not copied here.
