2019 Highlander automatic fluid is Toyota Genuine ATF WS. The 2.7L reference is 6.9 qt. The 3.5L prints 8.0 qt for both 2WD and AWD.

The 1AR-FE reference is 6.9 qt. The 2GR-FKS prints 8.0 qt on the 2WD row and 8.0 qt on the AWD row. If replacement is necessary, contact a Toyota dealer.
AWD transfer oil is 0.8 qt of Toyota Genuine Differential Gear Oil LT 75W-85 GL-5 or equivalent. AWD rear differential oil is 0.5 qt of the same oil.
No manual-transmission fill is in this book, so none is added. The transaxle capacities are reference quantities.
