Torque wrench
The spare-tire warning says to have the nuts tightened with a torque wrench to the steel or aluminum figure.
Wheel nut wrench
The book says the wheel nut wrench is stored in the tool bag. It is for the spare-tire steps, and the final tightness is still the torque wrench.

Tapered end inward. No oil or grease. Use the nut designed for that wheel. Steel replacing aluminum stops at loose taper contact. Aluminum replacing aluminum stops when the washer touches the disc wheel.
Tighten each nut two or three times in the order shown. Steel is 83 ft-lbf. Aluminum is 76 ft-lbf.
The aluminum-wheel precautions say to confirm the nuts are still tight after 1,000 miles.
Cold pressure is 32 psi for the sizes in the table, on the tire pressure guide.
The tightening-order illustration is in the emergencies chapter. The words say "in the order shown" and do not list a number sequence.
