The capacity table prints 6 quarts for the 3.6L. The servicing section recommends Mopar SAE 0W-20 meeting MS-6395. The capacity cell and the fluids table recommend API Certified SAE 5W-20, and the fluids table also allows SAE 5W-30 when 5W-20 meeting MS-6395 is unavailable. This sheet does not choose a grade.
The servicing section, the capacity table, and the fluids table all call for API Certified SAE 5W-20 meeting MS-6395. The with-filter capacity is 7 quarts.
The fluids table recommends a Mopar engine oil filter. It does not print a part number.
Publication 19DS-126-AC is the 2019 Ram 1500 owner's manual filed here as the DS Classic book. It is not the all-new DT manual. The filler cap also shows the recommended viscosity. No drain-plug torque is printed, so none is added.
