40 km. The tailgate carrier, if you touched it, is 59 ft-lbs, not 130.
The spare-tire carrier on the tailgate is 59 ft-lbs (80 N·m). That is not the wheel. Tighten in a star pattern until each nut has been tightened twice. Do not finish tightening until the vehicle is lowered. If you are unsure, have a dealer check the torque.
