Flathead screwdriver
The windshield steps say to lift the stopper with a flathead screwdriver, and to protect the tip with a rag.

Hold the hook portion of the wiper arm. Lift the driver side first, then the passenger side. Lift the stopper with a flathead screwdriver protected by a rag. Slide the blade off the arm.
Pull the insert until the claw comes off the stopper, then pull the insert out. Move the two metal plates to the new insert, matching the cutout location and the warp direction. Install from the side without the stopper, and secure the stopper with the claw.
Lift the rear wiper arm head cap. Move the blade until a click is heard and the claw detaches. Pull the insert past the stopper until it is out. Move the two metal plates to the new insert. Start at the center claw, pass the insert through the three claws so it sticks out from the stopper, then through the last claw. Washer fluid on the insert can help. Check that the claws sit in the grooves. Lock the blade back on the arm.
OM0R024U is the 2020 RAV4 book listed by Helm. The wiper insert section gives the windshield and rear procedures in words and points at illustrations for the stopper, the claw, and the metal plates. Those illustrations are not redrawn here.
The book does not print an inch length for the driver blade, the passenger blade, or the rear blade. Improper handling can damage the blades or the insert. When installing the windshield blade, reverse the removal steps.
