2020 RAV4 automatic transmission fluid is Toyota Genuine ATF WS. The reference capacity is 7.8 qt. Transfer and rear-diff oils are separate.

Dynamic Torque Control AWD uses 75W-85 GL-5 gear oil LX: 0.48 qt in the transfer and 0.5 qt in the rear differential. Dynamic Torque Vectoring AWD lists 0.409 qt in the transfer and 0.553 qt in the rear differential, type Toyota Genuine Differential gear oil LX, with no viscosity printed on those rows.
No manual-transmission fill is in this block, so none is added. The automatic transmission stays on ATF WS, and the AWD gear-oil rows stay on their own capacities.
