The iridium section says it is not necessary to replace these as often as conventional plugs, and not to service them by cleaning or regapping. Replace one whose gap exceeds 0.053 in (1.35 mm).
The section says to use the correct socket and, if replacement is required, to visit a Nissan dealer. No coil-bolt torque is printed, so none is added here.
2018 Pathfinder Owner's Manual and Maintenance Information. A printing line was not found in the pages read. The PDF file was created December 11, 2017. The plug number, the gap, the 105,000-mile line, and the dealer sentence are all in that PDF. A socket size and a coil torque are not, so they are not invented.
The engine oil guide is the same engine and a different job.
