2019 Forte air cleaner is inspected at the early columns and replaced at 30,000-mile steps. The book says use a Kia genuine part and do not wash the filter.

Loosen the air cleaner cover attaching clips and open the cover.
Wipe the inside of the air cleaner, then replace the filter. Do not wash it.
Lock the cover with the attaching clips. The notice says to insert the hinge and engage the clips. The figure is not redrawn.
The pattern on the non-turbo chart is I, I, I, R, repeating. Replacement columns are 30,000, 60,000, and 90,000 miles, then the same pattern continues. The cabin filter is the glove-box filter.
